Tottenham picked up a big three points as they came from 2-0 down to beat Southampton 3-2 at White Hart Lane.

It was all Southampton in the opening half hour, as the visitors deservedly went into a 2-0 lead. Jay Rodruigez slotting the ball past Hugo Lloris after 19 minutes.

Adam Lallana doubled the visitors lead after 28 minutes.

Christian Eriksen scored before the break to give Spurs a sliver of hope. Eriksen then hit his, and Tottenham's second just after the break.

Southampton then seemed to stop their free flowing football and allowed Spurs right back into the game.

Tottenham then clinched all three points as Gylfi Sigurdsson smashed home the winner in the dying seconds from outside the box.

Despite losing three of their last four league games, Spurs are now just six points off the final Champions League spot.
