Sevilla's incredible Champions League comeback may have been inspired by a half-time revelation from the manager.
They came from 3-0 down at the break to draw 3-3 with Liverpool at home on Tuesday night in the Champions League.
Roberto Firmino scored twice for the visitors before Sadio Mane gave Liverpool what looked like an unassailable lead. Yassim Ben Yedder netted a brace to begin the fight back.
The incredible comeback was compete when Pizarro netted the equalsier in the third minute of injury time. He made a beeline for the sidelines to celebrate with Eduardo Berizzo.
Reports in Spain emerged late last night that claimed the head coach told his players at half-time that he has cancer.
He spoke to the club website about his half-time team talk, but didn’t mention whether or not he had in fact told his players about the illness: “I told them that they had to play with soul, that there wasn't a mistake they couldn't make up for.
“We had to go out with a different energy and the crowd believed in us, the team went out and went for them and spurred on 50,000 people".

A statement from the club confirmed the news on Wednesday morning:
“The medical services of Sevilla FC report that the coach of the first team, Eduardo Berizzo, has been diagnosed with an adenocarcinoma of the prostate.
“The future examinations will allow us to decide which are the steps to follow regarding his treatment.
