Eoin Reddan is still holding out hope that he can play some part in Leinster's penultimate league fixture on Friday night against Ulster.
The international scrum-half injured his shoulder in action against Toulon and will undergo a fitness test tomorrow before Matt O'Connor names his team.
Stephen Ferris (ankle) is the latest player to be added to Ulster's lengthy injury list which already includes the likes of Rory Best and Ruan Pienaar but Leinster fullback Rob Kearney feels it will still be a very tough encounter.
"Never ever write Ulster off. I think they've been the form team in the country this season. If they had fifteen players against Saracens, chances are they probably would have won that game. Ok, they're missing probably Pienaar, Rory, maybe one or two others, but they'll still be very, very strong."
Kearney was also keen to stress how important it is that Leinster don't take their foot off the gas as the finish line approaches, even though they sit five points clear at the top of the Rabo Direct Pro 12 table.
"We cant have a poor performance this week, poor performance next week against Edinburgh and then just expect to turn up on a semi-final day and expect to win that, that never happens. The important thing is that we're just maintaining a consistent level of performance right the way through so that when we do come to a semi-final, we'll have a good bit of faith and confidence that we've had three good weeks behind us."
