Louis Picamoles is back in the France starting line-up to face Ireland in Saturday's Six Nations decider. Picamoles had been dropped by Philippe Saint-Andre for disrespecting referee Alain Rollande in France’s clash with Wales. Exciting youngster Gael Fickou also comes into the France starting XV, in place of Maxime Mermoz, who drops to the bench. At out-half, Remi Tales replaced Jules Plisson, who has started all of France’s Six Nations games to date. In the pack, Dimitri Szarzewski comes in at hooker, with Brice Mach dropping out of the matchday squad altogether. Saint-Andre has shuffled his back row to accommodate Picamoles. Damien Chouly moves to seven, Alexandre Lapandry and Sebastien Vahaamahina drops to the bench.
