Philly McMahon is set to miss Dublin's Leinster Quarter Final clash with Carlow on June 3rd in Portlaoise.
He has been handed a one-match ban by the Central Hearings Committee.
The Ballymun Kickhams defender has been found guilty of using "abusive language towards a referee" in last month’s Allianz League final defeat to Kerry.
The hearing took place last night, with the GAA releasing a statement afterwards:

McMahon can still appeal the suspension to the Central Appeals Committee.
Jim Gavin is already set to be without the injured Michael Darragh Macauley for the start of the Championship.
