Ireland's 19-9 win against England was skipper Paul O'Connell's last Six Nations game in Dublin.

The 99-times capped Munster man has yet to set a date for retirement, but he is expected to bow out after the World Cup.

Ireland will win their second Grand Slam in six years if they can beat Wales and Scotland in their final two Six Nations games.

The 35-year-old admits he's coming close to the end of the road.
