The Dublin footballers have been dealt a blow ahead of next year.
Paul Mannion is set to be missing for a big chunk of the next campaign.
He is heading to Beijing to study as part of his Business course in UCD.
It means he will be out of the country until at least late spring next year, so he will miss the league campaign and possibly the start of the Leinster Championship.
Mannion was an All-Star nominee last year, but struggled for gametime in this year's campaign.
