Peter O'Mahony's the main injury concern for Ireland ahead of Saturday's Six Nations clash with Italy at the Aviva. The Munster back row's recovering from a hamstring injury so Ulster's Ian Henderson's the favourite to replace him. Johnny Sexton should be fit for the weekend - he trained fully yesterday and showed no ill effects of a recent thumb injury. Sexton took part in training at Carton House yesterday in a limited capacity as he alternated with Paddy Jackson in practice. The management team are increasingly confident that he will be available for selection.
