Old favourites returning to their former clubs has been a popular theme in football this week.

On Monday night, Jose Mourinho brought his Manchester United side to Stamford Bridge, to take on his old team Chelsea.

Despite being Chelsea’s most successful ever manager, the Portuguese was booed by some of the home support, who called him a “Judas”.

Mourinho responded in typical fashion:

And last night, Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante returned to his former stomping ground, to watch his old side Leicester continue their fairytale, of which he was such a major part last season.

The Foxes reached the quarter finals of the Champions League, with a 3-2 aggregate win over Sevilla.

Kante was seen smiling and cheering on his old side from the stands.

And Ireland boss Martin O’Neill- himself a Leicester legend after his time there as manager- had a little quip for the former Foxes favourite.

O’Neill was analysing the match on BT Sport:

<blockquote class="twitter-video" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Martin O&#39;Neill calls Kante a Judas live on air <a href="https://t.co/yQ7IUuPhWO">pic.twitter.com/yQ7IUuPhWO</a></p>&mdash; ZAG-KAG (@1811MAG) <a href="https://twitter.com/1811MAG/status/841768821643980800">March 14, 2017</a></blockquote>

O’Neill a great man for the topical jokes!
