Ger Cunningham was officially unveiled as the new boss of the Dublin hurlers at Parnell Park this afternoon.
The Corkman will have to handle one of the big issues faced by former manager Anthony Daly which was losing players to the footballers.
Cunningham could try to lure players back to the hurling panel or try to win the hearts and minds of players who have yet to decide.
And Cunningham's backroom team has been finalised.
It includes former Tipp All Ireland winner Tommy Dunne as coach as well as former Dublin Minor and Under 21 manager Shay Boland and former Kilmacud Crokes boss Gearoid O Riain.
