Munster booked their place in the semi finals of this year's Heineken Cup.
Keith Earl scored the opening try of the game after just five minutes after a brilliant opening spell from the home side. But Munster had just a four point lead at half time as they went in 13-9 in front.
But just like the start of the first half, Munster scored at the start of the second. Dave Kilcoyne bundling over after 42 minutes.
Tolouse fought their way back into the game, but further tries from CJ Stander, Casey Lualala, and Simon Zebo wrapped up the win.
Paul O'Connell put the icing on the cake as he bagged their sixth try with the last play of the game.
Ian Keatley put in a fine performance, kicking 17 points. Munster will face either Toulon of Leinster who face off tomorrow.
