Marty Moore has been chosen at tighthead prop for Leinster's European Champions Cup clash with Castres at the RDS tomorrow.
He’s in ahead of Mike Ross, who misses out on a place in the squad altogether.
Tadhg Furlong is the backup tighthead on the bench.
Moore is in the front row alongside Michael Bent and Sean Cronin.
Bent had been tipped to start, with Cian Healy still out injured and Jack McGrath suspended.
Healy fails to make the squad, despite speculation he may have been fit enough for a place on the bench.
Jamie Heaslip returns to captain the side from Number 8 after his shoulder injury, while Jack Conan starts his first Champions Cup game for Leinster at blindside flanker, alongside Jordi Murphy.
Jimmy Gopperth also starts at out half, with Ian Madigan moved into the centre alongside Luke Fitzgerald.
Rob Kearney, Fergus McFadden and Dave Kearney make up the back three, while Eoin Reddan partners Gopperth in the half backs.
McFadden’s making his first European start of the season, after missing all four previous rounds with shoulder and ankle injuries respectively.
Luke McGrath, meanwhile, is selected as the replacement scrum half and is in line to make his European debut for Leinster should he come on.
The game takes place at the RDS, with kick off at 5.30pm.
