There is some mixed news on the injury front for Leinster, ahead of their Pro 12 clash with Ulster tomorrow.
Marty Moore has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a shoulder injury.
The prop will need keyhole surgery on the injury, which he picked up in Leinster’s Champions Cup semi final defeat to Toulon last weekend.
The surgery will take place next Monday morning and he will be sidelined for 12 weeks as a result.
Fergus McFadden was ruled out for the rest of the season earlier this week, after suffering a thumb injury in last weekend’s Champions Cup semi final defeat to Toulon.
He had a successful operation on that injury yesterday morning.
Meanwhile, Dave Kearney misses this weekend’s clash with a hip flexor strain, but he should return in time for the Pro 12 clash with Treviso at the RDS on 8th May.
And Cian Healy has recovered from a shoulder injury picked up last weekend, to start against Ulster tomorrow.
