Marin Cilic is the US Open Champion.
He claimed his first Grand Slam title last night, beating Kei Nishikori in straight sets 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 at Flushing Meadows.
It was the first grand slam final in almost ten years not to feature Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal or Andy Murray.
Cilic became just the second Croat to win a Grand Slam title, after his coach Goran Ivanisevic, who won Wimbledon in 2001.
