Liverpool strikers Mo Salah and Sadio Mane and defender Virgil van Dijk have been named on a 10-man shortlist for the men's prize in the Best Fifa Football Awards.
The man that led them to Champions League glory last season, Jurgen Klopp, is on the shortlist for the best coach award.
Tottenham striker Harry Kane is also on the men's award shortlist alongside former Chelsea winger Eden Hazard and previous winners Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The winners will be revealed on September 23, following a public vote.
Four USA stars on Best FIFA Awards shortlist
World Cup winners, the USA, lead the way for the women's award with four players on that list of nominations; Megan Rapinoe, Alex Morgan, Julie Ertz and Rose Lavelle.
There are no Manchester City players on the list for the men's award but manager Pep Guardiola has been nominated alongside Klopp and Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino for the best coach award.
