Liverpool have ended a run of three straight Premier League defeats.

They left it late to beat Stoke 1-0 at Anfield.

Glen Johnson scored the winner after 85 minutes.

It sees ‘Pool leapfrog Stoke up to eleventh in the table.

They are five points off fourth spot.

The late game saw table toppers Chelsea held to a scoreless draw away to Sunderland.

That result sees Chelsea sit 7 clear at the top of the table.

Sunderland are now 3 points clear of the drop zone.

Man United maintained their place in the top four, with a 3-0 win over Hull at Old Trafford.

Chris Smalling, Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie all scored for the Reds.

The win came at a price, though, after Angel Di Maria limped off with a hamstring injury.

QPR are off the bottom of the table, after a 3-2 win at home to fellow strugglers Leicester.

Charlie Austin scored the winner for Rangers.

Leicester now drop to bottom of the table.

West Ham are fifth, after a 1-0 win over Newcastle at Upton Park.

Aaron Cresswell scored the winner for the Hammers.

Aston Villa’s first game without Roy Keane in the dugout ended in a 1-1 draw away to Burnley.

Joe Cole gave Villa the lead, but Danny Ings levelled late on for the home side from the penalty spot.

And it ended 1-1 between Swansea and Crystal Palace.

Wilfried Bony gave Swansea the lead, but Mile Jedinak levelled for Palace.

Arsenal won the day's early kick off to claim their first league win in three games.

They beat West Brom 1-0 away, thanks to a Danny Welbeck header.
