France are into the quarter finals of the World Cup.
The French beat Nigeria 2-0 in this round of 16 tie in Brasilia.
Nigeria shaded the early stages and were unlucky not to be awarded a spot kick when left full Patrice Evra wrapped his arms around a Nigerian in the penalty area.
But France proved too strong in the second half and - after Karim Benzema had seen an effort cleared off the line - took the lead in the 79th minute through a Paul Pogba header after Nigerian keeper Vincent Enyeama flapped at a cross.
France wrapped up the victory in injury time with Joseph Yobo putting through his own goal.
