Dan Leavy and Tommy O’Donnell have been ruled out of Ireland’s autumn international clash with Fiji at the Aviva Stadium this Saturday.
Leavy’s hamstring injury and O’Donnell’s shoulder problem saw them both miss the weekend’s win over South Africa and they will also sit out this weekend’s test.
Leinster’s Jordi Murphy and Ulster’s Sean Reidy have been added to the squad instead.
Murphy started for the Barbarians in their win over Tonga on Friday evening.
Meanwhile, Keith Earls is continuing to struggle with the hamstring injury that saw him miss the win over South Africa.
He has now returned to Munster for rehab on the injury, as has prop John Ryan, who suffered a calf injury against South Africa.
Peter O'Mahony also needed several stitches to his ear, after suffering a cut in the clash with the Springboks.
The rest of Saturday’s matchday 23 are expected to train as normal this week.
