MAN CITY VS TOTTENHAM

Once again, Man City were brilliant. Ederson is starting to look like one of the best signings of the summer. His footballing ability is up there with the best of any goalkeepers I’ve seen.

Tottenham look to be in trouble. With three of their main defensive players out injured in Toby Alderweireld, Davidson Sanchez and Victor Wanyama out injured, their squad is being stretched to the rim at the minute.

WEST BROM VS MANCHESTER UNITED

Ander Herrera looked much better in midfield than he did last week against Man City. Against Pep Guardiola’s side, the Spaniard didn’t want to play football, but he showed a bit more confidence on the ball against West Brom.

West Brom were disappointing, before Chris Brunt came on they didn’t show much going forward. They allowed United to be far too comfortable until the last 15 minutes.

LIVERPOOL VS BOURNEMOUTH

Liverpool were devastating going forward as usual. Philippe Coutinho’s lack of celebration was intriguing, he didn’t look happy. Does this mean he is off next month? Does he want to move in January.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain did well in the post-match interview stepping in to shutdown any questions speculating a move away.

CRYSTAL PALACE VS LEICESTER

Palace have really got back on track since Roy Hodgson took over. Wilfried Zaha has been really impressive in his new No10 role.

If he keeps playing the way he is, will Palace struggle to hold onto him. Tottenham were reportedly interested in him before. Will there be more interest in the future?

You can listen into Kevin's thoughts on the Football Show podcast alongside Pat Nevin and Crystal Palace coach Steven Reid.
