The English FA have warned Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho over the comments he made ahead of the Manchester derby.
The Portuguese said of the Manchester City players ahead of his side's defeat at Old Trafford: "A little bit of wind and they fall" while he also warned of their "tactical fouling".
The FA asked Mourinho to explain himself after the game while they also considered evidence from the clubs and independent witnesses regarding the reported fracas in the dressing room area after full-time.
The governing body released a statement this evening.
"Following a review of the evidence provided by the club, The FA will be taking no formal action, but have reminded Jose Mourinho any further public comments about match officials may result in disciplinary action."
The two clubs have also escaped any punishment over the post-match incidents in which Mourinho had milk and water thrown at him while City coach Mikel Arteta ended up with a cut on his head.
