Hull City have denied they've reached an agreement with West Brom for Shane Long. The Ireland International looked close to a move to the KC Stadium in the last transfer window in a €6 million move but the deal fell through at the last minute. However it's believed the club were keen to try again with speculation last night suggesting the 26 year old was set to discuss personal terms with the club today.
But Hull took to Twitter this morning to deny an agreement had been reached: " Contrary to reports in the media this morning, we have not reached any agreement with @WBAFCofficial over the transfer of Shane Long... and as such will not be conducting a medical with the player today ".
