Lewis Hamilton won't be investigated by F1's governing body for wearing a T-shirt at the Tuscan GP about the shooting of Breonna Taylor.
It featured the words 'Arrest the cops who killed Breonna Taylor' on the front and 'Say her name' on the back.
The world champion wore it over his race-suit before the race and again on the podium.
Although Hamilton didn't break any rule on the FIA statutes, they say they will issue guidelines to drivers about what may and may not be worn.
Taylor was shot by three plainclothes police officers in her Kentucky home in March. Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison and Myles Cosgrove have faced no legal proceedings for their actions.
Ms. Taylor's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit in June, and protests following her death have been many.
On Instagram on Tuesday morning, Hamilton wrote, "Want you to know I won't stop, I won't let up, I won't give up on using this platform to shed light on what I believe is right.
