Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes the future of football may be filled with female managers and robotic coaches.
The Gunners boss has stated that he would not be surprised to see a woman manage a Premier League team in the next fifteen years.
He believes technological advances in the game could lead to people without experience of football taking charge of sides in the top flight.
Wenger imagines a future with a woman as manager, and that is not the part of his vision for the future that is hard to wrap your head around.
The Frenchman is also anticipating robotic coaches:
"I'm personally convinced that will happen soon," he told a Football Writers' Association Live event to raise money for victims of the Grenfell Tower disaster.
"I'm convinced in 10 or 15 years it will not necessarily be a football specialist who is a manager of a club.
"You will have so many scientists around the team that who will bring out the team to play on Saturday will be more management specialists than football specialists.
"Because the football decisions will be made by technological analysis."
