It was a final day full of shocks at the Leopardstown Christmas Festival, none more so than the failure of heavy-favourite 'Faugheen' to finish out the Ryanair Hurdle.
The 2015 Champion Hurdle winner was pulled up by jockey Paul Townend with two left to jump in the 2.30 offering marking just the second time the horse has failed to win in its career.
Gordon Elliott's 'Mick Jazz' crossed the line first, but was pushed all the way by 'Cilaos Emery'.
