The star-studded field for the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open hosted by the Rory Foundation continues to grow as Ryder Cup stars Ian Poulter, Thomas Pieters and Andrew 'Beef' Johnson all confirmed they will be taking part.
With only ten days to go, Portstewart Golf Club in Derry is prepping itself for undoubtedly the strongest field in the history of the Irish Open.

World number two Hideki Matsuyama confirmed he would be traveling to Derry a fortnight ago while tournament host Rory McIlroy will look to defend his title that he won at the K Club in Kildare.
Other homegrown players that will take to the tee include Darren Clarke, Padraig Harrington, Graeme McDowell, Shane Lowry and Paul Dunne.
Further afield, Portstewart will welcome John Rahm, Olympic gold medalist Justin Rose, 2016 Masters champion Danny Willett and Ryder Cup regular Lee Westwood as well as Spain's Rafa Cabrera Bello
Jamie Donaldson and Søren Kjeldsen, both who won this event in 2012 and 2015 respectively, will return hoping to repeat the glory the experienced in years gone by.
Rory McIlroy, currently third in the world rankings believes, "this is certainly one of the strongest fields I’ve ever seen for the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open, if not the strongest. It’s really shaping up for an incredible week."
