While Mike McCarthy and Micheal Bent will be joined in the pack by the uncapped Bryan Byrne, Dominic Ryan, and James Tracy.
They will face Russia, Uruguay, and Romania from the 13th to the 22nd of June.
Players from last year's Emerging Ireland squad such as Dave Kearney, Jack McGrath, Martin Moore and Jordi Murphy have all been subsequently capped by Ireland at senior level.
