The Dublin Hurlers have won today's do or die Division 1A relegation play-off against Waterfrod in Walsh Park.
It Ended, Waterford 1-17. Dublin 4-13.
The Deise raced into a five point to no score lead early on, as things looked bleak for the Dubs.
Waterford were reduced to 14 men in the 28th minute as Shane O'Sullivan was shown a straight red card, and Dublin took full advantage.
The Dubs took a one point lead into the break after Paul Ryan and Colm Cronin hit the back of the net, but came out all guns blazing after half time. Danny Sutcliffe scored two goals in quick succession to give Daly's men a healthy lead that they never gave up.
The Dubs tapped over some nice scores towards the end to put the icing on the cake.
Attention can now turn to the Leinster championship.
