Ken Doherty has reached the second round of the World Championships at the Crucible today, after he beat Stuart Bingham.
It was looking bleak for the Dubliner as he went 3-0 down during the first session yesterday.
But he fought back to end the session just one frame behind as it ended 5-4 to Bingham.
But Doherty came flying out of the blocks today and raced into a 7-5 lead.
Bingham never looked too settled and the 1997 World Champion took full advantage, not losing a single frame for the rest of the game.
After an impressive second session, it ended 10-5 to Doherty.
He will face either John Higgins or Alan McManus in the second round on Friday.
