Bayern Munich defender David Alaba has confirmed that he'll leave the European champions at the end of his contract this summer.
The Austrian international, who has won 46 trophies with Bayern, insists he's not yet decided which club he'll be moving to, with Real Madrid, PSG, Barcelona and Chelsea all linked with the versatile 28-year-old.
“I made the decision to do something new after this season and leave the club," Alaba announced this afternoon. “That wasn’t an easy decision. I’ve been here for 13 years and the club is very close to my heart.
“It’s no secret that my management is in contact with some clubs. The rest will be decided in the future." Spanish daily Marca claimed last month that a deal is already in place for him to move to Real Madrid in the summer.

The Bavarian giants offered Alaba a number of contract offers in recent months but announced a deal to sign French defender Dayot Upamecano from RB Leipzig last weekend as his replacement.
"We had a lot of conversations with his agent, there was a final meeting and a proposal with a deadline in October, our offer wasn't accepted and our president withdrew it," Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge admitted.
"We did all we could to reach an agreement, he just had to accept, but it didn't work out."
