Crumlin native Conor McGregor has lost in his professional boxing debut against Floyd Mayweather.
Fans around the country woke up early this morning to watch the fight, which took place at around 430am Irish time.
McGregor made a strong start against his experienced opponent - but was stopped in the 10th round.
After the fight, McGregor praised his opponent saying his knowledge of the sport proved too much for him in the end.
