Brian Cody is staying on in the Kilkenny hotseat.
The Kilkenny County Board confirmed last night that he and his management team will remain in charge of the county’s All-Ireland winning hurlers for 2015.
That will be his 17th season in charge.
Cody claimed his tenth All-Ireland title in September.
In his 16 seasons to date, the 60 year old has also won 13 Leinster titles and 8 National Hurling Leagues.
His current backroom team of Michael Dempsey, James McGarry and Derek Lyng are also remaining in place for 2015.
