Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has won the Best FIFA Men's Coach award at the inaugural 'The Best FIFA Football Awards'.
The Italian transformed the Foxes from relegation fodder into Premier League champions and beat off stiff competition from Zinedine Zidane and Fernando Santos.
Zidane managed Real Madrid to their 11th Champions League success while Santos won the European Championship title with Portugal who had never previously won a major tournament.
Portuguese skipper Cristiano Ronaldo won the Men's Best Player award, to add to his Ballon d'Or gong which he also won ahead of Barcelona legend Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann of Atletico Madrid.
US international Carli Lloyd was named Women's Best Player while German boss Silvia Neid won the gong for Best FIFA Women's Coach.
