Chelsea have completed the signing of Brazilian left back, Felipe Luis from Atletico Madrid on a three year deal.
The 28-year-old Brazilian will wear the number five shirt, the club said.
"This move is a dream come true for me," Luis told the Chelsea website. "I'm very happy and looking forward to getting started and giving my best for the team during the coming seasons."
Luis impressed last year as Atletico won La Liga and reached the Champions League final.
