Luis Suarez will become the third most expensive player in history next week when he completes his move from Liverpool to Barcelona.
The two clubs agreed a fee believed to be £75 million pounds for the 27 year old.
Suarez will sign a five year deal next week after completing a medical.
Brendan Rodgers has thanked Suarez for the role he has played in the team for the past two years. But he also stated that Liverpool is bigger than any individual.
He will wear the number 9 shirt, after it was vacated by Alexi Sanchez earlier this week.
