Atletico Madrid have reported their La Liga rivals Barcelona to FIFA over an alleged illegal approach for striker Antoine Griezmann.
A FIFA spokesman announced today: "We can confirm that we have received a complaint from Atletico Madrid."
The 26-year-old France international only signed a contract extension with the Rojiblancos during the summer which is intended to keep him at the club until the summer of 2022.
Griezmann has been linked with a move to more than one club, including Manchester United but Barcelona are the only club that Atletico are understood to have a complaint with.
They claim that the Catalan club have spoken to a number of people around the player including family members, which Atletico say breaks FIFA rules.
