Ray Parlour believes Arsene Wenger could be on the verge of one of his most successful campaigns as Arsenal boss.
It's a pretty big statement from a player who was part of the 'Invincibles' squad that won the Premier League title after playing all 38 games in the 2003-04 season without defeat.
The man known as the 'Romford Pelé' also won the double under Wenger twice and he told 98FM that he believes this season's title race may be decided on the last day.
"I reckon it could go down to the wire, the last few games and that's when the pressure kicks in. All I want from my old team Arsenal is to have a chance. Knowing your going into the last 5 games with a great opportunity."
The former midfielder had some advice for the current bunch of Gunners if they reach the latter part of the season still in contention; "If you can put (together) your 5 best ever games you're going to play from every single player for Arsenal and they can get the results, I think this could be one of the best seasons Arsene Wenger's had."
Parlour was in Dublin promoting two big Arsenal games available only on the Setanta Sports Pack.
