Liverpool council have granted planning permission for the expansion of Anfield Stadium.
The famous old ground will have it's capacity raised from 45,500 to 58,800, as the main stand will become three tiers high.
The expansion plan will cost about £100 million.
The proposals also included conference and banqueting facilities, a new club shop and additional car parking.
Construction will begin next year for completion by the 2016-17 season.
