Andre Gomes is available to make his comeback from injury in Everton's Premier League match with Arsenal on Sunday.
The midfielder suffered a fractured dislocation to his ankle in their draw against Tottenham at the start of November.
Manager Carlo Ancelotti feels Gomes has recovered well enough to return to his squad:
"Andre is available to play, he trained well, properly, with confidence and without problems.
"My opinion he is ready to play. After that, before the game, we are going to talk together and decide whether he can start the game or if he goes on the bench.
"Knowing the people working here and medical department I am not surprised. They did a fantastic job.
"The most important part was what they were able to do on the pitch after his injury. That was the key part of the recovery."
The former Real Madrid, Chelsea and Bayern Munich boss says the Portuguese midfielder has not been shirking tackles in training:
"For this I said it is really important for me to talk with him. What I saw in training was totally confident and without problems.
"He was not worried to have contact with team-mates. If he is confident, in my opinion, he can play without a problem."
