The refugees have since been moved to a facility in Citywest.
50 refugees were housed in a former Covid-19 facility in a business park in Finglas this week.
The asylum seekers, some of who are believed to be from Georgia, slept in testing booths with blankets.
The partitions that separated the testing booths were still in place for the three nights they were housed.
It raised fire and safety concerns among local councillors, who were in the dark over the temporary shelter.

Fianna Fáil representative for Finglas-Ballymun, Keith Connolly, says locals didn't know what was going on.
"We started getting a couple of phone calls on Tuesday about this centre apparently being open."
"On Tuesday afternoon, I understand, the three TDs here received a phone call from IPAS."
"This facility has no planning permission at all."
Dublin North-West councillor and party colleague, Briege Mac Oscar, says there were plans to house more refugees.
"It was housing around 50 men, but it had capacity for in or around 200 or 220."
"It seemed to just spring up overnight, there was no official notification for local politicians or indeed the local community."
The Irish Daily Mail reports the refugees have since been moved to Citywest after concerns were raised.
