Alex Reid is trying to make amends with his ex-wife Katie Price. He's tweeted how he's relieved to see Katie's baby boy has been allowed home after he was born prematurely whilst Katie and her new hubbie Kieran Hayler were on a foreign holiday. This meant that baby Jett had to stay in the hospital as he had some difficulty with his breathing.
The family travelled home with baby Jett yesterday. It's been a tough few weeks for Katie who has been deeply upset by internet trolls who questioned the paternity of her newborn. Some even claiming Gavin Henson could be the dad. Katie responded saying she can 100% prove that her husband is the child's father but the cruel comments have still upset her.
Her good friend Rylan Clark of XFactor and Celebrity Big Brother fame has been chatting to 98FM. He's said “I think it's absolutely vile some of the comments Katie has been getting. She's had an 8-week premature labour. Luckily Katie, Jett and Kieran are all doing fine but how would these people feel if it was their sister or daughter who just had a baby 8 weeks premature in a foreign country and then people say the things they've been saying. I think it's absolutely vile. These people need to be locked up and the key thrown away”.
