Here are some things to keep in mind should you come across a suspicious account:
- 98FM will always and only ever contact you through official verified channels - look for the blue tick next to our name, NOT in our profile or cover pictures - by phone, or by email. You can find our official Facebook page here, our Instagram here, our Twitter here and our TikTok here.
- Presenters will never contact you directly through personal profiles.
- You will never be asked for money to receive prizes won.
If you believe someone is impersonating 98FM or a 98FM presenter, please report and block the account for your safety.
