A cold front from Siberia will move in from the east and meet with a low pressure system resulting in snow.
Temperatures are set to drop from this weekend and could reach as low as minus 3 next week.
Met Eireann says there's a potential for a Beast from the East style snow storm.

Met Eireann says tomorrow will be cold with temperatures between 2 to 5 degrees, Sunday will be even colder with while next week will be bitterly cold and wintry.
