Makeup artist and entrepreneur Aimee Connolly is an ambassador for the 2022 Vhi Women's Mini Marathon.
The Sculpted By Aimee founder spoke to Suzanne Kane on 98FM about falling in love with exercise, her training schedule and why the Mini Marathon is the perfect challenge for her.

"I’m really enjoying it, I see so many benefits for my mind, my stress levels, my sleeping patterns, the whole shebang outside of the general, looking and feeling good," she said.
"[Doing the Vhi Women's Mini marathon] there’s no pressure, there’s no major competition which would freak me out, because I’m not a professional athlete by any means."
