Niall Breslin (Bressie) says he has faith in this generation's ability to break mental health stigma.

His spoken word piece 'Teen Spirit' is being broadcast at this year's St Patrick's Day festival.

It highlights how society reacted to his teenage hero Kurt Cobain taking his own life.
