Fast-track plans are being lodged today to build Dublin's tallest tower.
481 apartments are proposed across four blocks, ranging in height from eight to 29 storeys, according to the Irish Times.
Offices, retail and restaurant space also form part of the plans for the site on Parkgate Street near Heuston Station.
A co-working space, gym and communal courtyard are also proposed.
Graeme McQueen from Dublin Chamber is welcoming the news;
"This is a stretch of land on Parkgate Street. It was sold a couple of years ago to Chartered Land. It's previously been a warehouse for the last 40, 50 years."
He says it would be Dublin's tallest tower for the moment, with plans for even taller buildings elsewhere in the city.
It is anticipated building could start during the middle of this year, with the development completed in late 2022.
