The Transport Minister says it's "likely" that people will need to take a Covid 19 test BEFORE going to the airport to catch a flight.
The government's due to finalise the details of how airport testing will work in the next two weeks.
Eamonn Ryan says it's complex - and that testing everyone who passes through wouldn't work:
We have to be careful that we don't take away from the testing capacity we need in the state, in our own public health system.
"So more likely, it'd apply where you would take a test a period of time before flying."
"That is what other countries are doing and it meets some of the public health concerns."
"So you're not missing people at the airport if you're trying to test people just at the airport."

Just Four Nations On The New Green List
Meanwhile, not one flight in to or out of Dublin today is on the new green list for international travel.
From tomorrow, travellers from Cyprus, Finland, Latvia and Liechtenstein are the only ones who will not have to restrict their movements once they get here.
15,000 people travel through the airport everyday.
Air and travel magazine Eoghan Corry says this new green list bears no relationship to what's actually happening in travel
He says the Irish government's restrictions are unfairly impacting businesses and people who want to do the right thing:
"Where it is affecting is business travel, machines becoming un-serviced."
"People want to do the right thing, they're left disconnected with their families in Europe."
"It's a situation where people who are in the business world are being treated with nothing less than contempt by the Irish travel policy."
"Which is very different to what's happening in the rest of Europe."
