James Bond who?
A spy thriller 'A Spy By Nature' is in the works, and Paul Mescal has been cast as its lead.
Based on a series of novels written by British Author Charles Cumming, 'A Spy By Nature', is being sold as "sexy, dangerous [and] morally ambivalent"
The first novel in the series tells the story of Alec Milius, "a disillusioned twenty-something whose gift for deception catches the eye of MI6". We have high hopes for Paul in what could be the next big spy franchise!

The academy-award winning director behind 'The Last King of Scotland, Kevin McDonald has signed on to direct.
“I’ve wanted to make A Spy By Nature for many years — and when I met Paul Mescal, with his beguiling mixture of intelligence, skill and youth, I knew I’d found the perfect star,” MacDonald said. “This is a very modern spy story — sexy, dangerous, morally ambivalent — and only an actor of Paul’s talent could pull it off.”
We think so too and we can't wait!
Mescal, who shot to fame in Normal People following the global success of 'Normal People' has most recently starred in 'The Lost Daughter' alongside Olivia Coleman and 'Aftersun', a father-daughter drama generating a lot of buzz!
