We'll be seeing him back on our screens soon enough as The Great British Bake Off returns next week. Meanwhile Paul Hollywood will be setting off to Cyprus to marry his girlfriend Melissa Spalding.
The pair are going to tie the knot in the Anassa Hotel in Cyprus - a place that holds a very special place in Paul's heart.
He had previously worked in the hotel in the 90s, where he was the head baker. It's also where he met his ex-wife Alexandra!
And yep, you guessed it, he married Alexandra at that resort too 😂

Alexandra was working as a scuba diving instructor at the resort when the pair first met. They got married in 1998 but split in 2017 after nearly 20 years of marriage.
A source for The Sun said that the upcoming wedding in Cyprus will be star-studded, including fellow Bake Off judge Prue Leith.
“People privately think it’s odd he’s marrying here because he has so many memories of his first wife connected to the hotel," a source said - and we have to agree!
Paul spoke about the Anassa Hotel in an interview back in 2016:
“We can really unwind and it’s nice that there are still some of the same guys working there, so it feels familiar.”
They must treat him very well there!
