Residents of an inner city flat complex are appealing to Dublin City Council to fast-track regeneration plans.
Roughly 1,200 are living in Oliver Bond House, which has suffered from social and structural problems for years.
8 in 10 say they've issues with mould and damp, while more than a third report sewage and pest problems.
Dublin City Council said it'll take up to 15 years to complete the regeneration programme.
Gael Cullen from the residents association says they've already been waiting 10 years for work to start.
"We're after ten years starting the campaign and they say it takes 15 years to complete."
"That's 25 years to start and finish the regeneration of the Oliver Bond flats - that is unacceptable".
Gael says their concerns have been "brushed under the carpet too many times".
She's calling on the City Council to prioritise the complex whose residents are "physically and mentally sick of waiting".
