The largest hospital in the country, St James's, has no inpatients receiving Covid treatment.
It's the first time staff there have not had Covid patients since last March.
The Health Minister has described it as 'really great news.'

Plans To Fully Vaccinate 70% Of Adults By July End
Meanwhile, the Taoiseach says Ireland is in a good position with Covid 19 vaccines.
Micheal Martin says 70 per cent of adults should be fully vaccinated against the virus by the end of July.
It comes as 30 to 39 year olds are expected to be able to register for their vaccine from next week.
The Taoiseach says decisions will have to be made soon about younger people and children.
"In terms of third level students, we hope to have them vaccinated before the academic year commences."
"We'll now have to turn our attention to under 18s, in respect of different vaccines."
"NAIC is currently looking at that, some vaccines have already received authorisation [for use in children]"
"Europe is very clear: we will be vaccinating teenagers."
